POPE FRANCIS APPOINTS THE BISHOP OF NEBBI CATHOLIC DIOCESE

Earlier on 26th November 2023,Pope Francis through the papal Nuncio Bianco Luigi announces the appointment of Rev Fr Dr Constantine Rupiny as the new Bishop of Nebbi Catholic Diocese. This was conducted by his Grace Raphael p’mony Wokorach the Archbishop of Archdiocese of Gulu in Nebbi Diocese.
